Air Conditioning Conversions

In 1989, the Australian Government restricted the use of refrigerant R12 under the Ozone Protection Act, therefore requiring the replacement of R12 with the environmentally friendly R134a gas. At Ballajura Auto Electrics, we strongly recommend R12 to R134a conversions for older vehicles, as R12 gas is no longer available to consumers.

Air Conditioning Servicing & Repairs

Our technicians are fully licensed to handle restricted refrigerants, and can check and re-gas your air conditioning unit to ensure you stay cool in summer. We can also repair or supply and fit compressors, condensers, receiver drivers, and TX valves for a wide range of makes and models.
